Most CRMs stop at "won".We kept going.
Pitch2Sale carries a customer from the first call to the paid invoice on one record, so your team never re-types a deal into a second tool.
The deal doesn't end when the customer says yes
When Nina Alvarez wins Orbit Payments for Acme Sales Co., the work has only started. Someone writes the proposal, turns it into a contract, kicks off the project and chases the invoice. In most stacks each step lives in a different tool, the customer gets typed in four times, and nobody can see the whole story.
So we wired the chain end to end. An accepted proposal becomes a contract that keeps its value. A signed contract becomes a project with its budget. The project bills by time, by milestone or at a fixed price, and every invoice points back to the same lead.
Four principles we build by
One record, start to finish
If a step happens to a customer, it belongs on their record. Calls, emails, proposals, contracts, projects and invoices sit on the same page.
Say what it doesn't do
Every page in our help center has a "What it does not do" section. You should know a gap before you hit it.
AI that asks first
The AI team writes outreach and books meetings, but risky drafts pause for a person to approve, and it never places a call without approval.
Your data stays in your workspace
Every query is scoped to your workspace. Another customer can't reach your records through the product or the API.
What we've shipped so far
A short history of the product, newest at the bottom.
Lead to paid, on one record
Proposal to contract to project to invoice, wired end to end, with milestone and fixed-price invoicing.
Access controls for larger teams
SCIM 2.0 provisioning for users and groups, SSO groups mapped to roles, and field-level read rules in the API.
An MCP server for your CRM
Connect an AI assistant to your workspace over the Model Context Protocol, with read tools and guarded write tools.
The AI team arrives
Four AI agents that find prospects, write one-to-one outreach, sort replies and book meetings alongside your reps.
Agents with a sign-off gate
An approval inbox for risky drafts, bounce detection, semantic search and a morning briefing with Approve & run.
Safer calling
A compliance check before every manual dial (opt-outs, consent, do-not-call lists, quiet hours) and an encrypted archive of call recordings.
A faster, cheaper Copilot
Answers come back sooner, with model tiers chosen for cost first.
Your agents, your names
The AI team is enabled per plan, and each workspace sets its own agent names and company identity.
Help center and developer reference
All 44 public features documented with screenshots, and an API reference generated from the code.
Dates are when the work landed in our main codebase.
