Product · AI Team

Four AI employees on your pipeline.Anything risky waits for you.

Vansh finds and researches prospects, Piya writes and sends one-to-one emails, Sneha reads the replies and Aarav books the meetings. Every draft is checked before it goes, and the risky ones stop in an inbox for a person to approve.

An add-on, switched on per workspace · Not included in any plan by default

How it works

From switched on to first approved email in four steps

The agents draft from the start. Nothing leaves until a mailbox is connected and the draft clears the gate.

01

Connect an agent mailbox

Each agent sends from its own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, never from a person's. Until one is connected, the team drafts and nothing goes out.

02

Name the team and your company

Keep Vansh, Piya, Sneha and Aarav or rename them, then set the company line they use to introduce themselves in emails.

Save settings
03

Teach it your business

Enter your website. In about a minute the team builds a profile and drafts knowledge-base entries that go live only when you approve them.

04

Clear the inbox

Gated drafts wait with a two-business-hour target. Approve, edit, reject or take the conversation over yourself.

Approve as written
One prospect, start to finish

Source, draft, check, book. A person signs off on the risky part.

What's in AI Team

A whole outbound desk, with a human at the gate

Four named agents

Vansh, Piya, Sneha and Aarav each do one job with the least access it needs. Sneha can read email but cannot send it.

The gate

Every draft is checked before sending. Prices, discounts, guarantees, legal wording and unapproved client names always stop for a person.

Approval inbox

Gated drafts wait with a two-business-hour target. Approve as written, edit and approve, reject, or take over.

Agent mailboxes

Agents send only from their own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, never from a person's inbox.

Website onboarding

Point it at your website. It builds an evidence-backed profile and drafts knowledge-base entries for your review.

Draft review

Grade what went out. Every verdict and every edit feeds the next drafts.

Proposals Preview

The agents suggest their own improvements. Prompt changes go live only if a test set passes first.

Stats

Sourced, sent, reply rate, meetings, gate exceptions, SLA compliance, mailbox health and cost.

A closer look

Three things that keep it safe to switch on

The gate

Risky drafts stop. Safe ones still get spot-checked.

A banned-phrase net runs first and holds any draft with a price, percentage, discount, guarantee, contract or legal wording, delivery promise or unapproved client name. A risk classifier grades the rest, and below 60 percent confidence a person decides.

  • Borderline drafts send and are logged for review
  • 2 percent of safe drafts are pulled into review anyway
  • If the classifier fails, the draft is held
  • Any reply that names a competitor you listed is held
You stay in charge

Approve, edit, reject or take over

Open a held draft to see the phrases that stopped it, then decide. Rejecting hands the conversation to you and the AI stops working it. Hand it back whenever you like.

  • Approve as written: queued for sending
  • Edit and approve: your version goes out
  • Take over: the thread is yours
  • Calls are proposed here and placed only after you approve
Fixed limits

Limits the agents cannot raise

The caps are built in and shown read-only in Settings. Agents send on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 in the prospect's time zone, and an outbound kill switch stops every agent send at once.

  • 25 emails a day across the team
  • 5 touches per prospect, then the prospect rests
  • Prospects contacted in the last 90 days are skipped
  • At most 5 proposed calls a day, one per prospect per 7 days
FAQ

Questions about AI Team

Which plans include AI Team?

None by default. It is an add-on switched on per workspace. placeholder: add-on price or contact-sales link

Will it send from my inbox?

No. Each agent sends from its own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Until one is connected, the team keeps drafting and nothing is sent.

Will it quote prices or promise dates?

No. Prices, percentages, discounts, guarantees, delivery promises, legal topics and competitor comparisons always stop for a person. A third pricing question escalates to your escalation recipient.

Can it call my leads?

It can propose a call. The proposal waits in the inbox, and the call is placed only after someone approves it. Rejecting a call does not stop the emails; use Take over for that.

Can I raise the daily cap?

No. The daily cap, touch cap, approval target and confidence floor are fixed and shown read-only in Settings.

Can I rename the agents?

Yes. Set each agent's first and last name, plus the company name and one-line description they use in emails. The "AI Team" menu name stays as it is.

Does it send LinkedIn messages?

No. It drafts them for a person to send.

What happens when I reject a draft?

The conversation is handed to you and the AI stops working it. You can hand it back to the AI later.

Connect a mailbox, teach it your business, and approve the first drafts the same day.
