How it works

From first deal to Monday review in four steps

Nothing to build. The numbers come from the calls, emails and deals your team already logs.

01

Decide who sees what

For each role, choose whether Reports shows their own numbers, their team's or everyone's. Tick the extra tabs a role should get.

02

Set the targets

Create revenue, deals, calls, emails or meetings goals for a person or the whole organisation, weekly to yearly.

What's in Reporting

Everything a manager needs before the pipeline meeting

Overview

Pipeline, wins, conversion, activities, new leads and revenue for the range you pick.

Forecast

Weighted forecast against target, a team roll-up, the deals behind it and how it moved.

Calls and live calls

Outcomes, daily volume and calls per rep, plus the calls your team is on right now.

Email performance

Sent, received, opens, clicks, replies and bounces, with the best times to send.

Funnels and velocity

How long deals sit in each stage, and win rate, deal size and cycle length over time.

Goals

Revenue, deals, calls, emails, meetings and activity goals that update themselves. Growth and Scale.

Daily briefing

A closer look

Three things teams switch for

Forecast

A forecast your reps already maintain

Each deal carries a confidence that reps update as it moves. The Forecast tab counts 80 and above as commit and 50 to 79 as best case, then shows the weighted number against target, quota coverage and the deals behind it.

  • Weighted forecast against target
  • A team roll-up
  • See how the forecast moved during the period
  • Needs only permission to view leads

Essentials, Growth and Scale.

Goals

Goals that know if you are on pace

Progress moves as people log calls, emails and meetings and win deals. Each goal compares progress with how much of the period has passed and says On track, At risk or Behind.

  • On track: at or ahead of pace
  • At risk: up to 25 points behind
  • Behind: more than 25 points behind
  • Owners are notified at 75% and 100%, and recurring goals roll over on their own

Growth and Scale.

Right numbers, right people

Every role sees the scope it should

Admins set each role's Reports scope to Own, Team or All. Extra tabs follow their own permissions, so the Leaderboard and Live Calls appear only for roles that are meant to see them.

  • Leaderboard needs View Leaderboard
  • Live Calls needs Calling → Listen Live
  • Shared links are read-only snapshots and expire after 7 days
FAQ

Questions about Reporting

Which plans include Reporting?

Reports are on Essentials, Growth and Scale. Goals are on Growth and Scale. Solo does not include reports.

Can I build my own reports?

Not yet. The tabs and charts are fixed. Export a PDF or share a link to take numbers elsewhere.

Can reports be emailed on a schedule?

Not yet. Share a read-only link, valid for 7 days, or download a PDF.

Can a manager filter by one rep?

Today the All Users filter is shown to system admins only. Managers see their team's numbers through the Team scope.

Why do my numbers differ from a colleague's?

Your roles may have different scopes. Compare with the same scope and the same date range.

Do goals update by themselves?

Yes, for revenue, deals won, deals created, calls, emails, meetings and activities. Custom goals have no way to enter progress yet.

Can I set a goal for a team?

A Team goal counts activity across the whole organisation for now. Set individual goals for each rep and compare them on the Leaderboard.

When does the daily briefing arrive?

At 8:00 in each rep's own time zone, as an in-app notification, on the dashboard and, if they switch it on, by email.

Walk into Monday with the numbers.

Get started, log your first calls and deals, and Reports fills in on its own.
