Pitch2Sale vs HubSpot

HubSpot is a marketing-first platform you grow by adding hubs and seats. Pitch2Sale is a sales-and-delivery CRM that carries one deal from the first call to the paid invoice, priced per workspace.

Who should pick which

Both are good tools. They are built for different teams.

If most of your pipeline comes from your website and content, HubSpot is hard to beat. If your team sells on the phone and then has to deliver and bill the work, read the right-hand column.

Pick HubSpot if

Marketing runs your growth

  • You need a website, blog and landing pages in the same place as your contacts. HubSpot has a CMS; Pitch2Sale does not.
  • You run large email campaigns and ads with segmentation and attribution. Pitch2Sale has one-to-one outreach sequences, not campaign marketing.
  • You depend on a big app marketplace. HubSpot connects to far more tools out of the box. Pitch2Sale has a REST API, webhooks and a short list of live integrations; Zapier is still coming.
  • You want to start at zero cost. HubSpot has free CRM tools with no time limit. Pitch2Sale has no free tier.
Pick Pitch2Sale if

Your team sells, then delivers

  • Your reps live on the phone. Browser calling with outcomes and callbacks, recordings with AI summaries, live translation in 43 languages, and listen, whisper and barge for managers.
  • Won is not the finish line. Proposals, contracts, projects with timesheets, invoices and Stripe or Razorpay payments sit on the same record as the deal.
  • You want AI that does work, with a human gate. AI voice agents that place calls on your Retell account, and an AI Team add-on whose risky actions wait in an approval inbox.
  • You do not want a bill per seat. You pay per workspace; each plan includes 1, 5, 25 or unlimited users.

What each one does natively

Native means built in, without a marketplace app. Where HubSpot needs a paid tier for something, the note says so.

Switching

Moving from HubSpot, honestly

Pitch2Sale has an Import from CRM tool, but today it connects to Close only. HubSpot is listed there and not yet enabled. So a HubSpot move is a spreadsheet move, and here is what that covers.

01
Export from HubSpot

Export your contacts or companies from HubSpot as a CSV or Excel file.

02
Import into Leads

Leads → Import. Map columns to fields, choose Skip, Update existing or Create new for duplicates (matched by email, then phone), pick a default status and owner. Up to 10,000 rows and 10 MB per file.

03
Check the report

Import Complete shows imported, updated, skipped and errors, with a downloadable error report. There is no undo, so choose Skip when unsure.

What does not come across today

Deals, notes, emails and call history do not import from HubSpot automatically yet. Each row brings a lead, its primary contact, address and tags. Talk to us if your history matters.

“We kept HubSpot for the website and moved the sales floor. The proposal, the contract and the invoice finally sit on the deal.”

Questions

Before you switch

Can I import my HubSpot data directly?

Not yet. The Import from CRM tool under Settings connects to Close today; HubSpot is listed but not enabled. You can export contacts or companies from HubSpot as CSV or Excel and import them into Leads with column mapping and duplicate handling.

Can I run both side by side?

Yes. Some teams keep HubSpot for the website and marketing email and use Pitch2Sale for calling, deals and billing. There is no built-in sync between the two today, so decide which tool owns each contact.

Is Pitch2Sale priced per user?

No. You pay per workspace, and each plan includes users: Solo 1, Essentials 5, Growth 25, Scale unlimited. Adding a teammate does not change your bill until you pass the plan limit.

Is there a free plan like HubSpot's free CRM?

No. Pitch2Sale has no free tier and no free trial today. Pick the plan that fits; your data is kept and stays exportable.

Does Pitch2Sale do marketing email and landing pages?

No. It has one-to-one outreach sequences with A/B tests on reply rate, email templates and tracking, but no landing pages, website builder or bulk campaign tool. If those matter most, HubSpot is the better fit.

Do the AI voice agents cost extra?

Voice agents are included on Growth and Scale. They run on your own Retell account and Twilio SIP trunk, so call minutes are billed by those providers. The AI Team is a separate add-on, enabled per workspace.

Can calls be translated live?

Yes. Pick one of 43 languages from the Live translation menu in the dialer before or during a call.

Try it on your own pipeline.

Bring a CSV of your HubSpot contacts and see your first deal end-to-end.
