"Which version did they sign?"Ask it one last time.

You win the work on a call, write the proposal in a doc, chase the signature by email, track hours in a spreadsheet and raise the invoice in another tool. Pitch2Sale keeps all of it on one record: lead, proposal, contract, project, invoice.

Deal to delivery

One record rides the whole way. Nobody re-types it.

Prefer it hands-free? Settings → General → Automation can auto-draft the contract when a proposal is accepted and auto-create the project when a contract is signed. Both are off until you switch them on.

A week at an agency on Pitch2Sale

Monday's call is Friday's payment

Acme Sales Co. runs a small studio team. Here is one week with Aperture Labs, start to finish.

MonLead

A call becomes a draft

Raj calls Aperture Labs from the lead. The call is recorded and transcribed, and AI Generate drafts the proposal from the transcript, emails and notes.

Jobs you hire it for

Three jobs, and the features that do them

JOB 01

Turn a good call into a scope the client can sign

When a prospect is ready, you want a proposal in front of them while the call is still fresh, priced the way you actually sell.

AI GenerateDrafts sections from call transcripts, email threads, notes and open opportunities, and asks about anything missing.
Proposal templatesSix visual templates, drag-to-reorder sections, and AI rewrite of any paragraph.
Line itemsMark items optional or let the client change quantities; the accepted value follows their choices.
Accept and signThe client types or draws a signature to accept, or declines with a reason.
JOB 02

Start delivery without re-typing the deal

When the client signs, you want the project set up with the right budget, milestones and people, not a blank board.

ContractsGenerated from the accepted proposal, with variables like {{client_name}} and {{contract_value}}, signature blocks and governing law.
Create ProjectOne click from a signed contract. Name and budget carry over, one project per contract.
Project templatesMilestones due a set number of days after start, tasks with estimates and checklists.
Client portalShare chosen project files with the client; they sign contracts and see proposals and invoices there.
JOB 03

Bill what you agreed, and what you worked

When a milestone lands or the month ends, you want the invoice to come from the project, not from memory.

Milestone billingInvoice completed milestones, bill an incomplete one up front as a deposit, or bill a set amount. The app won't let you bill past the budget.
Time and materialsTurn approved, billable time entries into an invoice. Rates come from each project member.
Timesheet approvalsTeam members submit their time; managers approve in bulk or reject with a reason. Only approved time can be invoiced.
Online paymentClients pay from the portal with Stripe or Razorpay, using your own accounts.
Time back

What re-typing costs you

Each project crosses three hand-offs before billing: lead to proposal, proposal to contract, contract to project. Then every invoice is one more. Set your own numbers.

● Illustrative only

This is arithmetic on your inputs, not a measured result from Pitch2Sale customers. It assumes every hand-off and every invoice you no longer re-type would have taken the minutes you set.

Estimated hours not spent re-typing
10 h / month

(6 × 3 hand-offs + 6 × 2 invoices) × 20 min

That's time back for the call that wins the next project. Your real number depends on how your team works today.

Straight answers

Can I bill monthly retainers?

Not from the app yet. There is no recurring-invoice control in the invoice editor. For now, bill a fixed amount against the project budget with Bill an amount on the project's Invoicing tab.

Which plans include this?

Proposals, estimates, contracts, projects and timesheets are on Essentials, Growth and Scale. Invoices and online payments are on every plan, including Solo.

Which currencies can I invoice in?

Invoices support USD, EUR, GBP, INR, CAD, AUD, SGD and AED. Proposals and estimates are in USD by default. INR invoices are paid through Razorpay, others through Stripe.

Where does the client sign and pay?

In the client portal. Clients accept proposals, sign contracts, see shared project files and pay invoices there.
