Common questions
How are duplicates found?
By contact email, ignoring case, then by phone with punctuation removed. Company names are not used.
Can I undo an import?
No. Preview first, and start with a small file if you are unsure.
Can I import deals or notes?
Not from a file. Each row becomes one lead and its contact.
Some rows failed.
Download the error report, fix those rows and import them again.
