Pitch2Sale sends through your own Gmail, so the message comes from you. Every few minutes it checks the mailbox for replies and files them on the right lead.

Set it up
- Open Settings → Email.
Each person connects their own mailbox under Connected Accounts.
- Click Connect Gmail.
Allow pop-ups if your browser blocks the Google sign-in window.
- Sign in and grant access.
Pitch2Sale asks to send and read mail on your behalf.
- Watch it sync.
The account shows Syncing, and recent mail with your leads starts to appear.
- Backfill older mail (optional).
Choose Backfill and pick Last 7, 30, 90, 180 or 400 days. It syncs within a few minutes.

Common questions
Will my personal mail end up in the CRM?
No. Only mail with addresses that belong to contacts on your leads is filed.
The account says Needs Reconnect.
Google access was revoked or expired. Click reconnect and sign in again.
How long is tracking kept?
Open and click data is kept for 90 days.
I connected Gmail in the integrations directory but cannot send.
Sending uses the mailbox connected under Settings → Email. Connect it there.
