Retell

Retell powers the AI voice agents in Pitch2Sale. Connect your own Retell account, link your numbers, and let an agent call one lead or work through a paced campaign. Every call comes back to the lead with its transcript and recording.

How an agent call moves

From campaign to booked meeting

Pitch2Sale asks Retell to place the call with your agent's prompt and voice. Retell sends the result back in a signed message, so only your account can write calls to your leads.

What it does in Pitch2Sale

01 · Agent builder

Your prompt, your voice

Set the prompt, voice, models, one or several languages or auto-detect, voicemail, transfer and booking rules.

02 · One call

Call with agent

Send an agent to call a single lead straight from the lead page.

03 · Campaigns

Paced, not blasted

Run a smart view or lead list with concurrency, calls per minute, a calling window and auto-pause on abandoned calls.

04 · Consent

Checks before dialling

Marketing campaigns skip leads without AI-voice consent, and the do-not-call list is always respected.

Set it up

  1. Open Settings → Calling → Voice Agents.

It shows Connect Retell to get started. You need the Settings edit permission.

  2. Enter your Retell details on the Provider page.

Paste your Retell API key and webhook secret, plus the Twilio SIP trunk details Retell uses to place calls, then save.

  3. Link your numbers.

Under Phone numbers, click Connect to Retell on each number the agents should use.

  4. Create an agent.

Click New agent, fill in the name, language, voice and models, general prompt and begin message, and tick the calling-consent attestation.

  5. Test it.

Use Test call to hear the agent, then click Activate.

  6. Put it to work.

Use Call with agent on a lead, or go to Campaigns → New Campaign and click Launch.

Common questions

Do I need my own Retell account?

Yes. Agents run on your Retell account and the SIP trunk you connect, so you control usage and cost there.

Can I bring an agent I already built in Retell?

You can start a new agent from an existing Retell agent. After that, edit it in Pitch2Sale; later changes made in Retell are not pulled back.

Which leads will a campaign call?

Leads in your smart view or list, inside the calling window, not on the do-not-call list, and for marketing calls only those with AI-voice consent.

Can I listen in?

Yes. The campaign monitor shows connect rate, qualified leads and meetings booked, and lets you listen live.
